CHECK-OUT

Before you go

1. Wash your used dishes and load/run dishwasher. 

2. Empty fridge and discard unused food. As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed.

3. Leave all used towels on the bathroom floors.

4. Turn off all lights, including in the game room and game room A/C.

5. Close all windows and lock both exterior doors to the pool and front door.

Trash​

1. Must be securely bagged and tied off.

2. Trash that does not fit in the bench will not be picked up and must be taken to the compactor located next to the basketball court.​​

             - Fines may result from overflowing trash.

 

Late Check-out 

To be respectful of the next group of guests, cleaners need ample time to clean and prepare the house. Therefore, please exit with all belongings by no later than 10 AM. Fines up to $100 per hour after 10 AM may incur.
