CHECK-IN

VERY IMPORTANT: This is a gated community, so we'll need to have every guest's name so we can add them to the clubhouse/security list. This will grant each person access into the community and use of the resort amenities such as the theater, pool, splash pad, spa, gym, basketball court, volleyball court, and arcade.

 

Early Check-in: In order to make sure the house is perfect for you, the cleaners need ample time to clean and prepare the house for your group. Therefore, if requested, we cannot promise an early check-in but will definitely let you know if/when the cleaners finish early.

Parking Information

1. No parking of motor or mobile homes, recreational vehicles, trailers, campers, or watercraft with or without trailer shall be allowed

2. Community HOA strictly enforces fines/towing against vehicles that are parked on the grass (even by a little bit) and blocking sidewalks.

3. Please use designated space in front of garage or street parking in front or the side of the house. Do not park within 6 feet of stop signs or in front of fire hydrants. 

4. Parking passes should remain on windshield.

Property Access

1. You have access to the entire home (except 2 locked owners' closets) and a private pool. 

2. The resort community (7 AM - 10 PM) offers a full-service environment, including concierge service, 24-hour security, and high-speed wireless internet at the clubhouse and pool/bar.

3. Please have a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation when first entering the resort property.

4. Your keycode will be sent to you via email 3 days prior to check-in.
